to new broom coalition,have you considered recall petitions for sitting
senators&congressmen asaway to bring their views in line with the
mainstream public. dianne feinstein is a perfect example,90% of her
constituents do not agree with her. if a recall effort was initiated
against her the rest of the senate would take notice. their are a number
of pols. who are not up for re-election who need an additude adjustment
and i believe this is the way to do this. i would like hear if this is an
option. Thank You for your time.

Restoring paper ballots is not enough. We need to bring "spoiled votes"
down to zero. My idea is that we use paper ballots with carbon paper and
serial numbers. The voter could use the paper ballot retain the carbon
copy and serial number. Each voter would insert there ballot into a
ballot counter and verify at the source that the vote was counted
correctly. The paper ballot would be retained for challenges. The voter
could later chaeck their vote by serial number online on a giant
spreadsheet(broken down by state, legislative district, precint) to ensure
it was properly counted in the final tabulation. Fraud,challenges etc.
would become obvious. Every voter would be reassured that her/his vote
was counted.
Let's call it Voter Verified Voting!!!! What do you think? Easy enough
for voters to understand and feel more involved by being able to look
online after the vote. Can you imagine the massive outcry if more than a
few voters were defrauded. I know if I could prove my vote was counted
incorrectly I would be PISSED OFF!
